You can see it instantly — the droopy ears, the lowered head, the slow steps. She doesn’t hide her emotions at all, and when she’s sad, it fills the whole room.
But even in her sadness, she comes closer, gently nuzzling like she’s asking for reassurance. It’s her way of saying she trusts us to understand her feelings.
Moments like these remind me how sensitive and emotional Dobermans truly are. Her sadness is real, but so is the bond that helps her come out of it.
