Morning with my pup!

There’s nothing quite like waking up to a cold nose and a warm heart.

Every morning, Nyx has a ritual. She waits just long enough for the sun to peek in, then she hops up, stretches those long legs, and gently places a paw on our bed like, “Rise and shine, human. The day awaits!”

She doesn’t need an alarm clock — she is the alarm. Except hers comes with tail wags, kisses, and a deep Doberman sigh that somehow sounds like “Let’s go already.”

Coffee in one hand, leash in the other, we start each day with a walk that’s more for the soul than anything else. Watching her sniff the morning air, chase shadows, and prance like she owns the sidewalk? That’s the kind of magic Mondays are made for.
