Living on a lake in Florida

Nyx has truly embraced the lake life in Florida. From the moment she steps outside, she’s in her element — ears perked, eyes scanning the water, paws eager to explore. The sunshine glints off her sleek coat, and it feels like she was made for this kind of living.

She loves everything about it: splashing at the shoreline, chasing the breeze as it comes off the water, and watching the ripples dance across the lake. Sometimes she’ll just sit quietly, gazing out as if she’s reflecting on something only she understands. It’s peaceful, grounding, and so very her.

Life on the lake suits her in every way. It gives her space to run, freedom to play, and a backdrop as beautiful as she is. Watching her thrive here makes me grateful — not just for the view, but for the chance to share this life with her.
