Getting her to jump the bushes took strategy — and by strategy, I mean shameless bribery with her favorite treat. She studied the bushes like they were some kind of obstacle from an action movie.
With a little encouragement and a lot of snacks, she finally launched herself over them, landing with the confidence of a stunt double. Her face afterward was priceless — proud, excited, and demanding her reward immediately.
Now she thinks jumping is a game. If she sees those bushes, she’ll trot over on her own, waiting for me to cheer like she just won the Olympics.
